1. Course Refunds

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• Once certification exams or downloads are accessed, refunds are not eligible.

2. Membership Fees

Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, as they provide immediate access to exclusive materials and community benefits.

3. Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring memberships anytime from their dashboard. Future billing cycles will be stopped immediately.

4. Course Cancellations by IACPE

In rare cases where IACPE must cancel a course or program, participants will be notified and eligible for a full refund or transfer to another course.
